Great neighborhood, good people. Gated community kept up well, this home is one story and in good shape, the backyard is private and very nice. The room for rent has it's own bathroom with a walk in shower and a walk in closet (not huge). I'm asking $1200 a month which includes utilities, my lease is $2900 per month. A young person is welcome as I am only older in years.
