Hello! I'm a graphic designer from Minneapolis, and I've lived in NYC a little over a year. I'm a clean, organized person and I'm quite friendly and pretty laid-back, though I often tend toward the quiet side, even with people I'm close with. I'm fairly introverted and don't mind spending time alone, but I do value having a social life. I'm very ambitious and passionate about work, and I consider that a really important part of me as a person. I love music (both listening to it and seeing it live), and when I'm not at work I'm usually hanging out with friends, relaxing at home, learning German on Duolingo, and taking long walks whenever it's not raining. I'm trying to get back into a regular yoga practice, and I'm mostly writing that here to hold myself accountable and actually do it. I'm politically active and I'm vocal about my political stances, so it would be great to be on a similar page in that regard, but I obviously wouldn't force anyone to talk politics if they preferred not to.

I'd like to be able to consider the person I live with a friend, but am totally okay just being respectful, considerate roommates as well. The most important things for me are living with someone who's reliable on rent and bills, respectful of personal and shared spaces, LGBTQ+ friendly, and relatively clean and tidy!

I'm looking for a room for June or July 2020, ideally either in Bushwick/Bed-Stuy or in lower Manhattan.
