Born in the USA to a South African Mother and Australian father and was subsequently dragged around the world as a kid. Grew up mostly in Cape Town, South Africa. Began my career in advertising as a copywriter and after a year, started my own agency. After deciding to move to NYC to share an African cultural spice & wine brand with the US, I eventually ended up in the health and wellness industry. My personal passion led me to launch a functional beverage and become a personal trainer as a side hustle with the eventual dream to merge the two. I enjoy martial arts, the outdoors, self improvement, wine and cabin hunting. Easy going and love to laugh.
