I have an unfurnished room in Northern Liberties available 7/1, rent is $998. The house is 3 stories and most of the living room furniture is mine but when my roommate moves out there will be a little space if you want to bring anything. The available room is on the second floor next to the shared bathroom and my room is on the third floor. There's a washer and dryer on the main floor and window units for AC in each room.

I have a dog (aussie mix) named Bo who is an absolute sweetheart and a cat Missy who is 20 and only lives in my room. I work as a teacher and am out of the house early. I enjoy hanging out at a few of the bars in the neighborhood, cooking, and hanging out at the dog park near the house. I don't usually have a lot of people over but do not mind company in the house- I host a monthly brunch and a Super Bowl party every year.

I'm looking for a roommate who pays bills on time, is respectful of shared spaces, and is mildly friendly.
