I'm currently pregnant and seeking a roommate to share my beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Carrollton. This is a great opportunity to split costs and create a welcoming home together.
You'll have your own private master bedroom, master bathroom, and walk-in closet, plus your own private patio. We'd share the dining room, living room, and kitchen, and there's a washer and dryer conveniently located in the unit.
I have two children, ages 13 and 2, so it's important that you enjoy being around kids, even if you don't bring a child with you. The bedrooms are spacious enough to accommodate two beds, and the walk-in closets offer plenty of storage.
Rent is $850 per month, all bills paid, including Wi-Fi. A refundable deposit of $300 will be required with rent upon move in.
Minimum 2-month stay. My current lease is up in February, but can be extended if we both decide to continue living together.
