I am a college student looking for my first NYC apartment. I am preferably looking for another college student or two to live with. I have a cat already, his name is chowder and he is nonnegotiable. Otherwise I am pretty chill and an excellent communicator though extremely honest. I will tell you if something is annoying me and don't mind being told if I am doing something wrong too, I would much prefer it to just stewing in anger towards me. I am looking for a chill and kind roommate or two to live with and share space with. I hope this works out!
