3 bed/2 bath 1400 square foot apartment off of exit 12 in Alpharetta. Private room with shared bathroom. View of the woods on the second floor. Apartment complex is called Venue at Big Creek. You will be sharing an apartment with myself, my boyfriend, and one other 24 year old male. We have a Labrador retriever. We are all working students going to KSU and GSU respectively.
All utilities included.
We have AT&T fiber internet, valet trash, stainless steel appliances, full washer and dryer in unit, and more. Gated community with a pool, gym, business center, and more. The community is located next to the Halycon, which is set to open later this year and will have 30+ restaurants, a movie theater, and shopping.
