We live in a town home community, cul-de-sac neighbourhood on the golf course. This is a great townhome because it is well built and you can’t hear anything upstairs when you were downstairs and vice versa. We have a reverse osmosis water filtration so no need for bottled water!!!
We’re very laid-back and drama free and we mainly stick to our rooms unless we’re cooking something to eat. We have a friendly, cute dog, One private small patio on the back and one open patio in the front.
Washer and dryer are in the garage for your use and there’s an extra space in the garage for your car. Utilizes are included and include electricity, wifi, gas, water, sewer, trash, quarterly pest control, and A/C filter upkeep.
