Hi!

I am looking to rent out a bedroom in my Harlem apartment. I am a female, 33, a preK teacher and I have three dogs.

They are all medium sized, clean, very friendly, sweet and well behaved! They are rescued, mixed breeds. If you love dogs, this is a win win. They would never be in your room/space unless invited in by you.

I currently live in a small one bedroom apartment. Since I am renting out the bedroom, I would make the living room into my bedroom and unfortunately, the kitchen is located in the back of the apartment and can only be accessed through the living room. Since this is the case, you would not have access to the kitchen. I know! This is a major drawback and it’s very unfortunate. I can provide an extra microwave for you to use in the bedroom.

The bedroom has one window, and one closet. There is full access to the bathroom of course.

This is ideal for month to month rental or for a few months at a time. This can be discussed if you are only looking for rent for a short time.

I am asking for 750 a month. Also asking for one month’s security deposit which you will receive back once you leave. We will draw up a contract.

I am quite busy with work and school so an ideal situation would be that we equally respect each other’s privacy and space. I am reliable, quiet, responsible, and I keep a clean living environment so I would appreciate the same.

Looking for someone to move in anytime after the end of March.
