I live in a 2B/2B apartment in Roswell less than 5 minutes from both the historic downtown and the Chattahoochee River! It is a gated community with lots of different buildings in it, but mine is in a back corner that doesn't get my pedestrian or vehicle traffic. My roommate moves out in July, and I have an unfurnished private bedroom and private bathroom available! The living room and dining room are already furnished, but we can discuss what things you have and what can go where! $800 is the maximum for everything included, but we would split the utilities evenly on a monthly basis. Parking is outside, and there is plenty should you have someone come over. The neighborhood has a fantastic pool, tennis courts, and dog park! I have 2 animals, a cat and a dog who are both obnoxiously friendly. I keep them with me, so they don't ever go into the other room. I'm hoping for someone who is in their 20's, likes eating sweets since I bake often, and will be respectful of the cleanliness I try to keep!
