Hi, I'm Nick. I am originally from Columbus, Ohio, went to Ohio State, and work in corporate finance.
I currently live in NYC (Hell's Kitchen), but in a more temporary situation and am looking to move. While I have the start date set at January, I can do a start date later than that (I have my current place until August but can break the lease). Ideally, I would like to live in Midtown East, but I am open to other areas in Midtown/Lower Manhattan and even the Upper East Side.
I have one other roommate and am aiming for renting a 4 beds/2 bath apartment.
Personally, I am pretty active and am big into College Football, English Premier League, and the NFL. I used to work in a restaurant through high school/college so I keep a clean kitchen and will keep common areas clean. I enjoy meeting new people and making new friends.
