Me and my two other roommates are currently listing a room for rent in Midtown East for $2400. The room is a master suite, has it's own walk in closet, it's own bathroom, balcony access, in unit laundry, and is in the penthouse level of a doorman building in a very nice neighborhood. The apartment itself is a 4 bed/3 bath unit with a sizable kitchen, a sizable living room, and two balconies.
We have lived here for two years and are looking to fill the space of a roommate who is moving out. All of us are young professionals who love this apartment and area of town. We are looking for a lease start date of February 1, 2025.
