Grace T - $1,500/month

Hi! My name is Grace Tierney and I am on a temporary leave from Fordham University. I am in love with New York City and would like to find a productive past time in the city before I return for my Junior year in the fall. I am a Neuroscience major but I want to explore my creative interests while I take a mental break from science. As far as my roommate qualities, I like to keep things pretty clean but I wouldn't say I am anal about it. I am fairly outgoing and would love to be friends with whoever I live with, and I also respect personal space and have that expectation from my future roommate. That being said, I hope we can have fun in the city together and have a place to unwind at the end of the day. My schedule is usually a collaboration of "whatever I feel like doing" mixed with "all over the map" so I will probably be out of the apartment during the day unless I am laying low. I go to bed around 11pm or midnight and enjoy waking up early to go on a walk or simply start my day, and I can be fairly quiet in doing so if needed. I have friends in the city whom I would love to invite over to our apartment, and I would always ask your permission prior to doing so. I hope to find a roommate who shares these qualities, but not every one is crucial and I'd love to chat regardless so feel free to send me a message is you are interested in rooming together!
