I'm listing the 2nd bedroom in my apt for the upcoming 12 month period starting on June 1st and ending May 31st 2020. The apt and living room area is fully furnished, but the open room will be unfurnished. You will have your own bathroom, which is in the common space (I have my own bathroom in the master). The apt is quiet and gets great light throughout the day. Each room has it's own remote controlled AC/Heating unit. There is also a washer/dryer in unit. The building was completely gut renovated a year ago and converted into 3 units. I am on the 2nd floor.
