Hi, I am 22 years old. Ill have this at the beginning lol, the picture you see of the room and bathroom are stock photos I recently had a roommate move out. I need to deep clean the bathroom and bedroom over the weekend. I will update the pictures as soon as I get everything deep cleaned. I currently have two dogs. They aren’t too keen with new people, but if you’re willing to put in the work, it takes about two weeks for them to get used to you. I have all preventative measures to keep you safe. I’m off on the weekends. I work throughout the week. I live a very easy-going lifestyle. I play games when I get home from work and that’s pretty much it. Alcohol and weed is OK to have in the house but no heavy drugs. no strings attached. We can always hang out in the living room but if you’d like your own personal space and privacy, I can respect that. Cleaning days are Sundays typically for me, you won’t be asked to clean the house. I only ask that you keep your space clean for the most part and maintain an open line of communication with me vice versa.

I am currently looking for a roommate to lease with until the end of July. I have two big dogs. They aren’t too keen to new people in the house but as long as you’re willing to put in the work with them, it takes about two weeks for them to get used to you and I have all preventative measures to keep you safe in the house. I have a girlfriend who is usually over most of the time. I’m always open to the idea of hanging out in the living room from time to time, but if you’d prefer to live privately, your privacy will be respected. The cost of rent listed includes rent, Wi-Fi and the energy bill. I usually clean on Sundays. You will not be asked to do any chores in the house, but I do ask that you keep your space clean for the most part. I like to keep an open line of communication whether it’s people coming in the house or our work schedules just so we both know who will be in the house. Weed and alcohol are fine but no heavy drugs. I need you to be dependable with rent because I do not make enough to make up for the bills if you come short.
I currently have utensils and cooking/eating supplies. There is a couch and a TV in the living room. All that is missing is a dining table. Your room will come unfurnished as well as the bathroom so you have the liberty of decorating and furnishing it to your liking.
