About Me

Hi, I'm Peter!

My max budget is $2000/month. I'd like to have one or two roommates. I have a cat, a large plant, and some small plants so I need enough light for the plants.

I've lived in the UWS for the past three years, throughout law school. I just graduated and will be studying for the bar exam this summer. I'm looking to move after the bar exam in the beginning of August. I love the UWS, but after COVID I want to live in a more lively area.
I'll be working near Battery Park starting in October, and I want to be within at most 30 minutes from work. Because I'm not working in August and September I'll be traveling and won't be around very much. While I'm gone I'll find a cat sitter to take care of the cat.

I'm a relatively clean person, and I like to keep my apartment clean. I spent the pandemic buying smart home stuff so I do have a Roomba that I like to run regularly, perk I come with smart light bulbs and Alexas. I bicycle regularly for exercise and go on group rides. My goal is to find a place where I have a coffee shop and a small bar on my block that I can make my regular spots.
I like going out when I can with my crazy school schedule, and soon to be crazy work schedule. I don't spend a ton of time at home but I want to find a place where there's space to work/enjoy myself when I'm there.

I'm cool with parties and throwing the occasional one, but I just don't want my stuff getting destroyed. I like having a small number of friends over when I can for board games, etc.

My maximum monthly budget 2,000
