Available Room for Rent

$750 / 2br - 1100ft2 - $875 room in 2bd apartment (Golden)

I am looking for a roommate to move in around 3/1 possibly 4/1. It is a two level townhome with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Parking is always available next to the units on the street. I have a dog, shiba inu(25lbs), so if you have a dog they would have to get along and be well trained and behaved. I am allergic to cats, so that would not work here.
I am 34 and work a lot in the summer. Watching movies/shows at night or video gaming. I am pretty active outdoors with mountain biking, snowboarding, rock climbing, running, and other stuff outside. I am hoping to find someone some what close in age to share the space. I keep the common areas clean and would expect the same. I am laid back and pretty mellow, hoping to find someone similar if possible. I can provide some pictures if that helps, it is a decent townhouse. It is not super fancy or a brand new place, but not that old either, its been renovated about 15yrs ago and the appliances have been kept up to date.
