Hey there! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease starting December 1. There’s currently 6 months left on the lease (end of May 2024) but there’ll be an option to renew.
It’s a third bedroom in fully furnished 4BR/1BA 700 square foot apartment in South Slope.
The room’s got great natural light, our living area has three big skylights, central AC (huge during the summer), <5 min walk to N and R, and a mile away from Prospect Park.
You’ll have two roommates - both laid back, early 30-something freelancers. The building management will require a background check.
