The basement unit includes a spacious living room, private bathroom, bedroom, laundry, as well as a separate entrance. The kitchen is on the main floor. Only amenities shared between roommates are the laundry and kitchen. Looking for a female or non-binary roommate to take over the basement unit, as my previous roommate moved out in December.

RENTAL TERMS: Off-lease roommate. Rent will be paid to my mom. There will be a written roommate agreement.
