I am a 29-year old professional working in financial services. I recently moved to Brooklyn from Charlotte, NC, for a new role, as part of a rotational development training program. I took over a short term lease, but am looking for my options in Brooklyn post-June (would also consider lower Manhattan), as I will be here through next year. I'm a Boston native and frequent New York visitor. I'm sociable, respectful and considerate. I'm mindful about cleanliness, and while you will be sure to find clutter in my room (i.e. stacks of bills and books on a desk), I clean up after myself in common areas and would appreciate a roommate who does the same. I'm a night owl by nature, but forced to be an early bird by profession, and love my sleep, so would appreciate living with someone who also can respect quiet hours during weekdays.
