I’m looking for a mature, female roommate ideally aged 30s - 50s+ (younger is fine also if you think you'd be a good fit), to share a 3 bedroom 2+ bath house in west side locations such as Beaverton, Hillsboro, Aloha, Bethany, West Slope areas. I have found one other roommate my age and we are looking for a third! Rent would likely be around 900-1,100k plus utilities each. Move in dates are very flexible from Late Aug-Oct.1. Since we would all be moving in together, you would not be entering into someone's established mess, we'd all work together to make it a nice shared space.
About me: (Female, 44) I’m quiet, mature and clean. Love to cook healthy, garden, the outdoors and am active. No drugs, smoking or parties (social gatherings periodically ok). Moving from a large rural house, so greenery is a must for my own sanity! I do have a very well trained and an elderly English Lab who will be sleeping on my bed 90% of the day. He can't go up stairs, so the house must have a bedroom on ground floor or basement. Some houses would include a private bath, others would be shared.
