Roommate wanted by Sept. 1st!

Hi there!
I am looking for someone to fill my roommate's room for our 1-year lease starting Sept. 1st. We are located in Gunbarrel, just outside of downtown Boulder. It is a cute, low-key neighborhood with a pool/hot tub, tennis court and neighborhood dog park. Super close to grocery stores, Avery Brewing, Boulder res and plenty of hiking! The apt is a 2-bedroom 2 bath with private driveway, garage, laundry, and 2 fenced in porches. Rent would be $875 plus around $65 for utilities.
A little about me – I am a 25 yr. old, super easy-going working professional. I have an active lifestyle - whether I'm hiking, running, camping, or biking…I am always outside! I enjoy having a good time, but I also value well needed and deserved downtime. I'm hoping to find someone that will mesh well with my lifestyle and hobbies.
