Me and my husband are looking to rent a single room in Mableton (Cobb county), just under Smyrna (5 minutes OTP next to exit 15 of I-285)

It is a huge master bedroom, with ceiling fan, central AC/heating unit, double windows, double closet and private bathroom for a $1000/month.
Utilities included (water, gas, electricity, wifi)
We have a sweet and friendly dog, medium size, so we are looking for a dog lover.

House is newly renovated, so we want a respectful person that will treat it well.
We have a huge fully equipped kitchen (washer/dryer, air frier, microwave, oven..) a living room with 2 couches and two dining tables…Plenty of space.

- No drugs (420 included)
- No smokers
-No parties, but occasional guests are okay
- Single occupant only (no couples no parent with kids) there is only one car spot available overnight
