Madison A - $700/month

My name is Madison. I will be moving to NY in August for college. I cannot afford a dorm. I work and will be acquiring a second job soon and am saving as much as I can. I also plan to work once I get to NY and have a possible job lined up. Space and location are not a big deal as long as I am not too far from my college. I will not have an actual credit score until June, I don't know if that is an issue for you. I am only 18 but I am very responsible and will be able to meet the rent every month, no doubt. I'm not a big partier and I don't date so I will not be loud or such. I am the oldest of 4 siblings so I am used to cleaning and putting in my share. I am in dire need of this or I will not be able to attend college. Though this is serious, I am a fun person and a people person. I listen to a lot of music and love Asian cultures and food. I plan to do a lot of exploring and comedy and art shows. I am very excited to live in NYC and go to college. It will be a very different environment from where I grew up in FL.
