You would be joining two humans and two cats in this Owner Occupied, 3 bedroom row home.

Situated within walking distance to a community garden, grocery stores, bus routes, JHU, the Farmers Market, Library, and the YMCA. Street parking is plentiful. There is central air throughout, a nice front porch, a back yard, and a washer and dryer.

The kitchen is extremely well-equipped and a place loved and used often, we keep it a clean and functional space and want a mate who does the same. There is a large living room which also functions as the music room.

The house is fully furnished and we enjoy spending time with each other in the common areas.

About Us:
Z - I am always working on several projects, and often work from home. I make art, play music, build stuff, garden, play sports, like to read and love to go dancing. I’m an early riser and am in and out throughout the day working on projects at the house. I try to practice music when housemates are out, but if our schedules don’t allow for that, you may find me practicing old country or jazz tunes.

Kevin - Moved to Baltimore to work as a teacher. Now manages a local urban farm. Likes cooking, reading, and running. He will be moving out in July and we will find someone else to take the spot (if you have a friend who you’d like living with - let’s talk)

Charlie and Garbanzo - Indoor cats. Charlie is an old lady and will often meowl in the mornings - we love her despite this (hopefully you will too). Garbonzo is a funny guy who spends his time napping, bullying Charlie, and trying to run out the front door. Both cats spend time on the counters and dining room table.

About the room:
Sunny, west facing room with two windows. Furnished with a bed, has a small closet, and hardwood floors. (about 14’ X 8.5’) Monthly rent is $550 plus 1/3 of the utilities (water, BGE, Internet and shared house supplies - usually runs about $100 to $150 per person) Move in June 1st 2023

About you:
Kind, conscientious, and pay your rent on time. No pets, no smokers, no couples, no furniture in common areas including the basement. Looking for someone who works outside the house during the day (five days a week), cleans up after themselves, and is enjoyable to be around.

About Logistics:
You will need one month's rent plus a security deposit of the same price to move in. We are very interested in finding the right person for the house - we spend lots of time here and love it very much.
