Gage C - $750/month

Hi, my name is Gage, I have been living with roommates for about 4 years, and I must say I don't mind it too much yet. I am an easy-going fella, I like to get to know my roommates and include them in my life to a certain extent. Boundaries are big to me, and I feel it’s easier to establish them when there is a mutual understanding between roommates.

I currently live in a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom ground floor apartment, with friendly neighbors who have (so far) put up with their fair share of shenanigans.

I have high standards for myself as a roommate, but I prioritize respecting my roommates’ living space and lifestyle. Collaboration is key, and I am not one to shy away from making sure all parties are happy, comfortable, and safe.

I have one pet snake and two jobs. The snake is kept in my room for now, and I am gone for most of the day. My day usually starts around 3:50 in the morning for my first job, but I am fairly quiet leaving for work. I will always have more coffee than I can drink at my house, so you are welcome to have, make, or share as much as you like.
