Only few min away from 6train station on 116th St.

Easy to access to crosstown. Bus stop is across the street.

Laundry mat and 24hours grocery store are in sight

The room is fully furnished.
(Comes with AC single bed chair table shelf)
There are 2 windows you can get nice sunlight.
The room is about 117sqft.

Bathroom living room and kitchen are shared with other roommates.

The other roommates are all female very friendly
We respect each other’s space but having chat and dinner together once a while.

We are taking COVID-19 really carefully.
I sanitize shared places and cleaning up apartment very often.

Laundry mat is located across the street and 24 hours grocery store too.

Utilities and WiFi are not included. We split end of the month.

Security deposit $980 required when you move in.
