I have a room for rent that has a walk in closet. Big kitchen with nice island and gas stove. Washer and dryer in the laundry room. Ceiling fans throughout the hose. 3 bedroom home. Nice gated community with pickleball courts and a nice clubhouse with a pool and jacuzzi. I e lived here for 6 years and since then they turned it into a retirement community ( but I’m grandfathered in. So the place is quiet and a ghost town by 7 pm. I’ve all courts and pool are lit up at night. Very nice area and just a quarter of a mile from bell rd or grand ave so easily accessible to freeways and shops
