Available Room for Rent
Private room + bath in Union City NJ (right outside Lincoln Tunnel)
I have a spare bedroom + private bath available for rent in Union City, where I just bought a house. It's an extremely easy commute to midtown NYC. I take the bus every day and can get into the city in 15 minutes. Also very accessible to Hoboken and Jersey City. Trader Joe's in Hoboken is my go-to grocery.
My house is a small single-family home with outdoor space, a cozy living area, spacious bedrooms on the second floor and two full bathrooms, as well as plenty of basement storage. I have a small very well behaved dog so please no applicants with allergies.
The available room is 100 sq feet with 9 ft ceilings and a south facing window which provides great light. Large closet, side table, bed, bedding, desk and chair included.
