My ex and I recently split up and there is 6 more months on the lease. I am looking to sign over my half of the lease to someone. He is 24, works full time, and has his 3 year old daughter every other weekend out of the month. It’s a 2 bed 2 full bath. Your bathroom is connected to your room. Lawn care is included in rent and there is no monthly water bill. You’re responsible for half of the Duke power bill each month along with 600 for rent due on the first of every month.
