Hollywood Hills Luxury Home - Private Suite Available Immediately

We have a private suite available for rent in a beautiful home in the Hollywood Hills. This is a premier luxury home with beautiful views from every room. This is a gated home that is completely safe, secure, quiet and private. It is in a wonderful neighborhood. and very easy to drive to anything in LA. It takes only 4 mins to drive into the heart of the Sunset Strip. The room is currently furnished with a new Queen size bed/frame and dresser/drawers, but it can be unfurnished if you'd prefer your own furniture. We also have an additional private office/room that you can rent for an additional $1000 in case you work from home and need additional space.

Male or Female professionals are welcome here. Current roommates are 2 straight male professionals, one of which is only there part time, so you'd really get the benefits of a huge house for the cost of a 1br apartment. This is not a party house, but we do entertain occasionally and we're pretty fun overall, but in a chill sort of way. We (and our friends) work in the entertainment and creative professions, so like minded individuals might really enjoy the vibe. A love of music is a must.
