About the room

One Private bedroom and a shared bathroom for rent. PHOTO: Room with TV and power rangers banner across it. Will not have furniture in it at move-in. A 2 story home tucked away right off of highway 575, right near the outlets/Costco. The house is 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. 1st floor is fully furnished with a kitchen, dining room, living room (projector set up w/ PC), art room (creative space), garage (W/ mini gym). All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with one office/study room(B uses during M-F) with a pull out couch for guests. HoA neighborhood offers two pools and multiple courts. Access to woods, wildlife, and a walking path to a local park from within the neighborhood.

Bills range from $50-$100 a month depending on seasons.

We rent out per person instead of per room in our household. The price ranges from single to couples, feel free to DM if you have questions.

About us

{Couple} B: A (Male) FT call center Work from Home. (Morning Bird) 55+ 9am-5pm regular schedule, if not busy with plans with J then he’s watching movies in his room, office, or the living room. He tends to stay low key around the house and he welcomes small conversations, especially if he’s taking his breaks from work. He loves Firefly, Jaws, movies, photography, horror, and camping.

J: A (Transman) FT student, performer/gig worker (Both) 30+ Very varied and busy schedule. Tends to be gone or busy all day and when home he’s either working on chores, school, or hiding in his room recharging for the week. Tends to keep to self with headphones but occasionally welcomes group hangouts/events. He loves dancing, performing, occult topics, bird watching, graveyards, camping, and music.

S: A 1 year old kitten 🐈 She’s the newest addition to the family. She’s a very curious kitty but also can get scared easily. She is hard of sight in one eye but very smart. She can be very vocal and loves to play, toys will be accessible! She LOVES cuddles and being around people. She currently sleeps with her parents but has access to the house if she wants to explore. ✨

{Brother} M: A (Male) PT Uber driver (Nocturnal Owl) 40+ He has a varied relaxed schedule as an Uber driver. When he’s not out working or seeing friends at local spots, he’s playing/streaming video games in his room or watching movies in the living room. He enjoys spending time with people and chatting about anything, open to socializing but can also keep to himself if told so. He loves Spider-Man, Power Rangers, video games, D&D, movies, and Anime.

{As a group} Mostly home bodies when not working or doing plans as friends. Low key and mixed nerdy household. We like playing video games, watching movies, eating together, and going to local burlesque/nerd events. We are happy to have someone join us on adventures or to let people do their own thing in the space. We mostly communicate through a shared Discord server where we share all important notes about the household, bills, chores, events, etc.
