Hi !- I'm searching for an outgoing, fun, and reliable --female-- roommate/ roommates to take up a very spacious master bedroom in my apartment next to SDSU. The apartment is a very clean double master with a large living room, an abundance of cabinet/storage/ closet space, and a balcony overlooking Montezuma. Each room has a walk-in closet, double mirror vanity sink, private shower/tub/toilet, and storage cabinets. Unit is carpeted (besides kitchen), unfurnished (except kitchenware / basic furniture) and includes a laminate kitchen, fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and ceiling fan. Laundry is on site. All utilities are included! Complex amenities include a pool, courtyard, bbq picnic area, and shuttle to SDSU. Easy access to the highway, walking distance to grocery stores &several amazing places to eat (Mexican, BBQ, Sushi, mediterranean, deli's, etc.) I'm a 19yr old female finishing my Associate's at San Diego Mesa.
