I'll be starting as a resident this coming June in upper manhattan. My preferred neighborhood to live in would be the UWS. I’m a very chill/laid back person and a considerate and quiet roommate. I pick up after myself and keep common areas clean and am never late with rent or payments.

I have a very friendly cat! His name is Milton and would accompany me.

I’ll probably be working 80 hour weeks, so I won’t be around too much. When I am around, I can be social or can keep to myself depending on what others prefer :)
