Hi! I got a small 10.5ft x 13.5ft master bedroom for rent is East Torrance. The room is clean and has a recently remodeled bathroom attached. The house is a 5 min. drive to old Town Torrance and Harbor UCLA medical center.
The House has been remodeled and is clean. the common areas are sparse at the moment but I an working on changing that.
Your roommates would be myself (male, 27) and possibly my father (55.)
I and consistently traveling for work and you other roommate will be around at most 2 or 3 day a week.
I'm really looking for anybody. 25-35 is preferred but I'm flexible. Any Gender will be considered. is ok if smoked outdoors. Ultilities are included. Pets will be considered, but no cats or dogs.
