I am a loving, clean, and active city girl! I love cleaning, working out, swimming, taking walks in the city, movie and wine nights in, shopping, cooking and trying out new restaurants. The only time I'll go out is with managers or if there is an exclusive party elsewhere, and I will never bring anyone random home. I am adaptive, open-minded, and communicative. I moved away from Manhattan to expand my business in Tampa and can return in September 2024. We can get approved anywhere, but I am most interested in living in Waterline Square (I use to live here, it's extremely boujee and expensive so I'm down to split a 1 bed or studio even). I am looking for a kind roommate who is clean and is trying to save costs on rent and don't mind us doing our things occasionally.
