I’m looking for a friendly easygoing roommate (male or female) to share a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in Highlands Ranch (470 & University).

A bit about me: I’m an outgoing professional who works outside the home Monday through Friday. In my free time, I enjoy staying active and social things like hiking, volleyball, kayaking, pickleball, gym classes, scuba diving, barbecues, festivals, and traveling (both to the mountains and internationally).

The rent is $1,400 per month plus utilities for you to have the two spare bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the rooms can be furnished with a queen bedroom set if desired. The house includes a family room, living room, spacious kitchen, loft, large basement for storage, as well as a deck and nice backyard with trees.

I’m known for being very honest, responsible, and drama-free. A Siamese cat and a small 5-pound Yorkie live here. The landlord requires a background check, one-year lease, and deposit.
