Apartment is sunny, high-ceiling, with air conditioner, soundproof window, exposed brick wall, close to trains (1,2,3, B, C - 72nd St.) and one block from Central Park. This is a prime UWS gem!
This is an excellent location and a good fit for a quiet person (no pets, no drugs, no parties). Kitchen comes with all you need to cook plus dishwasher, full size refrigerator and stove. Laundromat and supermarket available right next to the building.
