Room for rent

Internet, Utilities, Parking in attached closed garage; everything included in rent. 2 story town house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Will be sharing the full bath with my 17 year old daughter till she graduates and leaves for military college this year. She’s here on/off less than 1/2 the time. I have 2 cats who follow me around. Ones all about attention and the others kinda aloof. TV downstairs. 1/2 bath downstairs can be taken over. Semi enclosed back patio that faces away from the neighbors with lots of room. I keep the house under 68 degrees (recommend hoodies). I have autoimmune, tbi & spinal fracture. I get migraines often and usually take a nap when it happens. I’m positive, encouraging, polite, nerdy and eccentric. I like learning and making dad jokes. I’m at home 99% of the time minus medical appointments at the VA. I have periods of time where I get sick and sleep it off. On site maintenance and landscaping is taken care off for the entire neighborhood. Community has a small outdoor pool that requires a key (you can have mine). Mail box is about 75 ft from the front door. Lots of stuff in walking distance with a convenience store 5 min away.
