It is right next to UTD, multiple groceries, gas stations and eating options around. In the apt, WiFi and water is included but power bill is extra. I currently pay between $40 - $80 monthly depending on my usage.

Me - I am 27, I work in healthcare and I work nights. I am very quiet and pretty much keep to myself. I love to read, cook and workout. I am clean and organized.

You - Student or professional, clean, considerate and respectful to others. No smoking or drugs. Must have a job or stable income at least 2x the rent. Minimum 600 credit score, no previous felonies or eviction, a background check will be performed. There will be a $30 application fee to pull credit report and background check.
