This is a 2B2Br apt. You will have your own space but share living room and kitchen with me. The apt has parking, option for garages (extra), a dog play pen, pool and gym. It is right next to UTD, multiple groceries, gas stations and eating options around. In the apt, WiFi and water is included but power bill is extra. I currently pay between $40 - $80 monthly depending on my usage.

Me - I am 27, I work in healthcare and I work nights. I am very quiet and pretty much keep to myself. I love to read, cook and workout. I am clean and organized.

You - Student or professional, clean, considerate and respectful to others. No smoking or drugs. Must have a job or stable income at least 2x the rent. Minimum 600 credit score, no previous felonies or eviction, a background check will be performed. There will be a $30 application fee to pull credit report and background check.
