My roommate and I are looking for a 2nd roommate. The apt has 3 bedrooms with 1 bathroom with no living room.
We ask for $920 per month plus utilities per month ($30-$100) depending on usage, and a 1-month deposit.
We are located on the 3rd floor, and there is an elevator. No doorman.
Month to month or 6 months or 1 year is fine. Just give us a 30-day notice if you decide to leave.
We keep it to ourselves, pretty quiet. We communicate quickly if any issues arise in our environment concerning smell, noise, something broken, something inexplicable (haha), etc.
No parties, no smoking, no drugs, your guests are welcome as long as they don't bother us!!

We are all quiet, happy, laid-back professionals in our great neighborhood, Sunnyside.
It takes 20 min 7 train ride to Grand Central in the city. There are three large supermarkets within 5 min walk radius, and good restaurants around.
