Welcome to our beautiful spot in the Presidio! We have a bedroom available March 15th (or sooner) in our large four bedroom home. We are looking for kind, down-to-earth people to join the house. We are open to either male or female roommates!
A great location to unwind and get outdoors after work / on weekends. You get the perks of a peaceful park setting while still being easily accessible to the rest of the city via free PresidiGo shuttle or 43 MUNI.
Free downtown shuttle stop is a 5 minute walk away, along a meadow.
10-minute walk to Main Post field. 15-minute walk to Chestnut St in the Marina. Scenic hiking trails 5-min away.

It's a cozy room that fits a queen bed, dresser and bed side table, plus a closet. The big house and back yard, plus storage and living rooms help balance out and give you space to spread out.
- Presidio requires all roomies to sign on to the annual lease.
- Parking fee ($17 / month) includes driveway spot or parking in front of the house.
- Utilities (water, garbage, cable + wifi, cleaning) average appx. $80-130 / month per person depending on the time of year.
ABOUT US
3 current roommates (w/one small dog) are professionals in their 30s. Typically in-and-out of the house for work and to go jogging, walk along the Marina, head to Tahoe, etc.
Home scene is casual and relaxed. We enjoy having kitchen chats at the end of the day to catch up, while also giving each other space.
