Hi! I'm looking for a roommate around my age for a July or August move. I am looking for a long-term lease preferably. I have little preference in my roommates interests as long as their budget and location is within mine and that they do not mind if we end up in a 4(+) roommate situation.

I would prefer to live within Manhattan but I am most open to areas such as Williamsburg that border Manhattan and have a direct line to downtown.

My maximum budget is 1,400 excluding utilities, let me know if you'd like to correspond and join on an apartment hunt.
