I'm a pretty extroverted person so ideally I'd love to be friends with my roommate, have cute dinners, watch movies together occasionally, etc. but I also understand and respect alone time!
Some hobbies include: kayaking, burlesque, drag, speakeasies, getting lost in HomeGoods, warm and silly people, reading in the park, traveling, and a healthy balance of outdoor fun / rotting away all day on the couch lol.

Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment in Prospect Lefferts Garden! One block from the 2/5 trains (Church Ave stop) and 15 minute walk to Prospect Park. Furnished and decorated living room with many plants. There'd a third middle office that I use to work from home. Room for two desks.
Built in a/c units, washer/dryer access in the basement, new building. Each room has enormous windows and high ceilings. August 1 move-in. Plus you get a super cool roommate (me!)
Rent is $1,600/person (plus like $35 for wifi and TBD ConEd)
