I moved in during covid, so I have a very nice place with a relatively cheap rent due to rent control. I also am pretty close with the people in my apartment building.

The building was made in the 70's so its a luxury apartment for its time. There are no amenities, but a pay-per-use laundry room downstairs. I have a laundry machine designed for use in an RV
It's also right by sherbourne station (the subway in Toronto) so its close enough to the stuff you want, like a community centre/gym
Oh yeah it'll be available septemberish/october - roommate still confirming the date. It will be furnished, but my roommate and i are still talking about how it works. Expect 2 closests, mattress, dresser, and small desk/chair.
