Large Clinton Hill BR available in 2BR apt for 6/1 12m lease

Hi!! Looking to fill a large sunny bedroom in my 2BR clinton hill apartment for a 6/1 12-month lease for $2100. I’m 29 and looking for a female roommate ideally late 20s/early 30s. I absolutely love my apt - it’s a 2nd floor walk-up near the G and C, 15 min walk to fort greene park and <5 min walk to pratt. I’m on a super cute tree-lined block with coffee shops, restaurants, and some bars nearby. The available bedroom can easily fit a queen-sized bed, dresser, and desk. This is a historic-feeling building (lots of exposed brick) with modern finishes including a dishwasher, laundry in building, roof access, and a shared backyard. I have a soaking tub and excellent water pressure in the shower. The living room and kitchen are on the smaller side but are cozy and comfortable.

I’ve been here for 2 yrs and we have had no issues with pests, leaks, heating, etc., but the apt does trend colder. I do live about pratt students who can be a bit noisy with parties in the backyard approx once a month. I am an extremely light sleeper and have made it work/have a relatively positive relationship with them.

I work in clinical research and go into the office 2x a month. I am an extroverted/social person but am pretty introverted/independent at home, so looking for someone friendly and respectful of privacy. I am very neat and normal and ISO the same!! I have a few very close friends in the neighborhood so i am often out 1-2 nights during the week and 1 day/night on the weekends. I garden in the backyard so there are always fresh flowers in the apt. I go out sometimes but will definitely not bring the party home/ not super keen to host at this apartment - friends are welcome during reasonable hours but i very strongly prioritize sleep and a peaceful space. I work out at home and cook most meals here as well. I spend most of my time in my room but will emerge to watch bravo!! I am a bit anxious since i have had not great roommate experiences over the years, so looking for someone with good intentions and a compatible lifestyle.
