Modern 2 bdrm in Bushwick
Hi everyone!
I'm looking for someone to share my awesome newly renovated apartment February 1st 2019. My current roommate was here for only a couple months because unfortunately we did not get along. This is the only roommate that I have had any issues with like this that caused one of us to move out. I love the apartment and location.
The room is a great size, fits a queen/full bed easily and also has a small closet. There is a door that leads to the fire escape which has been used as a small balcony since it's roomy.
The entire apartment has high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, and exposed brick. Bedrooms are on opposite ends for maximum privacy. Bathroom is super cute with floor to ceiling white subway tiles. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished.
LITERALLY EVERYTHING is walking distance. The building is off Bushwick Ave and Myrtle Ave, right off the Myrtle Broadway stop where you catch the J, M, Z lines. The location is really a huge reason why I don't want to leave.
ABOUT ME:
I am quite nice once you get to know me! I can be a homebody but can also go out and have a good time. I’m an Interior Designer by degree but currently working as a Project Architect in Midtown. I have a 4 year old Pomeranian that is the quietest sweetest pup I’ve ever come across. I enjoy cooking more soo than eating out and am always up to share :)
