I am 21, grew up in Lexington, KY, just graduated from Duke University, and have been working in NYC as an Advisory Associate at PwC since August. I usually work longer hours (more than the typical 9–5) and may be travelling (away from NYC) some of the time.

I have an entire basement with windows available for move in. The girl who lived there has already moved out and left a bed and some drawers that can be yours if you want them.
Location is in Williamsburg around 3-5 minutes walk to the Graham L and also not far from the Metropolitan G. You'd be living with another girl and myself. We're both pretty chill, good with communication, and easy to live with. Looking for someone similar.
The place is overall very nice and very large (by NYC standards), the basement has a half bathroom, and there's a washer/dryer in unit. Your rent would be somewhere around 1150, but we can discuss this further if you're interested. We're looking for someone who would be able to commit ASAP.
