I am a 24-year-old female professional. My favorite hobbies include golf, drawing, reading, and pinning to my Pinterest board. I am quiet, low maintenance, and clean. I spend most of my time in my room working. The kitchen is already stocked with a lot of appliances and the living room is furnished. I have a flatscreen TV with Netflix and Amazon prime. I am seeking a professional male or female that is quiet, doesn’t party, no addiction issues, and hates drama. I prefer someone with healthy communication skills. I am background checked. I love dogs, I’m allergic to cats :( I’m an not opposed to having a mom with a child live in the room. I was a nanny for a long time, and do not mind having a child around. I live in an amazing area. Walking distance from Whole Foods, restaurants, and strip malls. The apartment has a gated garage, front door call box, and an amazing rooftop view. The price for the apartment is very affordable. The apartment is on the top floor and doesn’t share any walls with neighbors. There isn’t any noise above which is nice. The room for rent has its own bathroom (walk in shower) and is on the other side of the apartment so we won’t be right next to each other. I am open to a FaceTime call so I can show you the place virtually before a physical tour. The most important thing I want is no drama. I am an introvert and would prefer someone who is also an introvert. It would be awesome if you could text me, I respond way faster.
