Hi! I’m Gina! My dog, Scarlett and I are looking for a roommate for our beautiful apartment in Lone Tree! I’m a dental assistant and work weekdays. I’m a bit of a homebody biting the week but usually spend time with friends on weekends! My dog is a corgi terrier mix and super friendly and lovable! I would prefer not add any other dogs to the apartment and I’m highly allergic to cats sadly. I have a cupcake business and that’s when I’ll be in the kitchen the most, baking. But you can always have the extras!

The apartment has two bedrooms with private bathrooms on opposite ends of the unit. The apartment is fully furnished aside from your spaces. Wi-Fi available with splitting the bill which is super affordable. In unit washer and dryer. Spacious balcony. Included in rent cost is an assigned parking spot in a private heated parking garage. Two elevators in building. Building has a no smoking policy. I would prefer to not publicly post pictures of my home but definitely can provide in getting to know you!
