Hi! I'm a young professional looking for another female in her mid-20s to mid-30s to share a two bedroom. I have a lead on a beautiful place in Brookline and am hoping to find someone who loves the house as much as I do.

Beautiful Carriage House in Brookline
This pseudo-townhouse is a real gem located right in Coolidge Corner, not far from the T. The two bedroom/1 bathroom home includes a kitchen with walk-in pantry, living room, dining room, and garage area for larger projects/storage. The owners (who live next door and are therefore available for maintenance 24/7) encourage renters to make the outdoor area (small side yard) their own with plants and seating.
Rent includes water, disposal and snow removal in the winter. 50/50 split would be $1600 a month plus utilities, but I am willing to cover the difference, as I'll be parking my car in the driveway. There is room for free guest parking as well.
While I can't publicly post photos of the property (as I haven't yet signed the lease), I'd be happy to share them with you directly. Just ask!
